Therapeutic Massage

A combination of various made modalities customized for each client's needs, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial work and stretching.

Swedish Massage

For general relaxation and overall well being. Helps relieve the stresses of your day while promoting healthy body functioning, increase blood and lymph circulation and the body’s own restorative powers.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue incorporates some of the techniques of Swedish Massage but goes one step further. Its focus is to reduce toxins and waste from specific tense and tight muscles which can cause pain and discomfort.

Add Essential Oils to Any Massage

Essential oils are the essences of plants that have been harnessed to help bring the body into a state of balance and harmony. This massage uses only 100% pure therapeutic grade oils to achieve this.  Please add $10 to the cost of the session. To learn more about essential oils, click here.
